I’m an artist, painter, graphic designer, photographer, mom, wife, and many other things. I have always loved drawing and painting. I graduated from Lagrange College with a BA degree in art and design. My subject matter varies from painting still life, animals, landscapes and beach scenes. Truly anything that inspires me. My focus is mainly oils. I love the softness of the medium and the ability to work on it in stages. I have also started using gouache and I am loving it as well.
My past affiliations include the Atlanta Art Center, Newnan-Coweta Art Association, LaGrange Art Club, Espresso Lane. Served on the Board of the LaGrange Art Museum for 5 years and was past Chairman and Co-Chair of the LaGrange Art Museum ‘Affair On The Square’ Art Festival for severals years. Through the years her art has been sold to individual and corporate collectors.
Mediums include: Oils, Pastels, Watercolors, Pen & Ink and Gouache.

As I see it, what I view is an incredible gift from the Creator that should be appreciated by every person, to gaze upon and admire all the beauty of this earth that surrounds us. Think about how you felt when you saw something that gave you that special feeling deep inside that you wanted to hold on to. That is the way I feel, and this motivates me to paint. I want to capture that view and feeling so that I can hold on to it.
